We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely pleased or if you wish to cancel your order, you have the option to return any item in its original packing, unused condition for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

**Purchaser will be responsible for returns postage cost**

**Refund will be processed via the original payment**

Please ensure when returning item that you send using a signed for or recorded delivery service. If the item is sent without this and is not returned to us for whatever reason than we will not be held accountable.

Please also include your name, contact details and order number within the returns.
